Package Returned to Sender

I recently purchased some items from Sephora but the delivery person did not deliver it to my address and as I result I was not able to pick it up from the post office in time. The item is now being "returned to sender". Does this mean that the items will be refunded? Is it possible to get the package resent to my address instead of a refund? Thank you.
