Package Not Delivered Despite Same-Day Delivery Promise, Live Chat Unavailable, and Account Charged

Hey everyone,

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Sephora and I wanted to reach out here for some advice and possible solutions. I recently placed an order with Sephora, specifically selecting the same-day delivery option, as I needed the products urgently. However, it's been a while now, and my package has not been delivered.

To add to the frustration, the live chat feature on the Sephora website is currently unavailable, which means I cannot directly communicate with a representative to resolve this issue. I've tried multiple times, but it seems that the live chat option is currently inaccessible.

Even more concerning, despite the package not being delivered, my account has already been charged for the same-day delivery service. This has left me feeling quite disappointed and unsure about the next steps to take.

I have already attempted to track the package using the provided tracking number, but there seems to be no update beyond the initial shipping confirmation. It's disheartening to see no progress on the tracking information, especially since I paid extra for same-day delivery.

I was wondering if any of you have encountered a similar situation with Sephora or any other online retailer. If so, what steps did you take to resolve the issue and get the package delivered? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to handle this situation effectively.

Hi Lizzy,

I'm experiencing the same frustration! I ordered products for vacation. I ordered them June 5 and the order explicitly states that they will be delivered on the 8th. I'm leaving for vacation on the 9th so it was tight but I've never had an issue with Sephora before, maybe because I'm a VIB customer. I was sent a delivery notice this morning that said my products were shipped (great!) and will be arriving on June 14. This is almost a week after they were promised. The live chat rep says I have to wait until after the 8th for them to do anything to assist me. I would love to know what can be done to get me the products before I go on vacation. I'm deeply disappointed with Sephora. My question for them is why do they use a carrier who cannot fulfill the promises the make to their community?
