Package Missing

The tracking showed that the packages was delivered on 11/6, but I never received my package so far. I contacted Sephora customer service once I noticed the package it’s missing. The first time I called, the advisor was not willing to help and just let me wait for 24hr, she said the research team will be reaching out to me however until now it’s been a week, I received NOTHING!!! No email no phone calls. I called in again, the advisor told me that there’s nothing she can do, but ask me to wait for another 48hrs.

This is a serious problem. The OnTrac tracking shows driver release the package but without signature!!! Sephora is the largest beauty company in US. How can you ship a package value worth almost $1000 but without signature?? How can you shirk responsibility to others?? Since I’ve never received my order, Sephora should refund for me the complete order transaction. BUT I've been told that Sephora would not responsible for the package missing! AND the manager told me to directly contact credit card company to dispute this transaction, which was make no sense at all!!!
