Package Missing

I checked my order status today, 9/4/19, and it says my package was delivered but I never received anything. I checked again this evening but still nothing. I don’t know what to do! This is not the first time I’ve encountered a problem with Lasership and it’s sad to see that Sephora is using them!  

I am more than willing to supply additional information to get my package.
