Package Lost in Mail

In early January I ordered a package that had shipped right away but after a few days it said delayed and I wasn't receiving any updates. After about 3-4 weeks I put in a claim with UPS and they said that they accepted my claim that my package was lost but they have not given me any updates since. I was wondering if there is anything Sephora can do to look into or re-send the products. Thanks!
