Package “Exception”, hasn’t arrived

I placed two orders from Sephora a few days ago- one on April 28 and one on April 29. The April 29 order came in the mail yesterday with no issue whatsoever. However, my April 28 order hasn’t yet arrived  and although I received an email saying the package shipped, it has been updated to say “Exception” with no estimated delivery date. My address is inputted correctly so I’m a little bit disappointed and would like to know what’s going on with my package!
