PURCHASE NEVER RECEIVED

i took almost a full year off from Sephora because they completely messed up my order. They also took months to refund my money. Well, I took a chance and made a purchase through Sephora. This purchase is now listed as delivered when I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!!!!!!! How can one company be so bad? How can one company have such bad luck?!? I regret ever giving Sephora another chance. History is repeating itself. I am so angry!!! 

NEVER AGAIN
