PSA that the OMGSAMPLES code might not get you the bag you wanted :(

At least it didn't for me. I definitely spent more than I otherwise would have in order to get to $85 because the Major Must-Haves bag had numerous things I've been wanting to try. When I received my order, I got the Festive Favorites bag, with almost nothing I'm interested in. I wouldn't usually complain about free-with-purchase stuff, but this seems kind of on another level! 

When I contacted customer service, they gave me 25 points, and an explanation that samples may be substituted if they're not in stock at the distribution center your order comes from. Edit: turns out this probably isn't the actual issue. After I posted, I found the post OMGSAMPLES Error Must Haves and Festive Favourites switched at checkout which describes how there's actually a website error, and selecting one bag will get you the other. It looks like the real problem is that Sephora's website is screwed up (and has been for at least ten days), resulting in customers getting the incorrect bags. Ugh.

I hope you get this issue rectified! Its so interesting that there are different answers being provided. Shortly after I posted someone contacted me and resolved my issue asap. Im glad to know I wasn't alone. Good luck!!!
