POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

While visiting Sephora in Scottsdale Fashion square mall a guy name A.J was very snobbish and unapproachable, also a lady Adriana was rude and had a bad attitude I don't know why Sephora spends so much money on promoting the Sephora brand, if when families go there TO VISIT  they are mistreated by the managers. Awful customer service!!!.
