POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have submitted 3 complaints this week, every time being told someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours and NOTHING. I suffered a severe allergic reaction to an eyeshadow palette from makeup done in store, after telling them my allergies. I missed out on some of my vacation. I won't spew out all the details here, but why am I being ignored??? I spend so much money at Sephora, and deserve a response. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
