POINTS HAS BEEN REMOVED!!

I lost 250 points today without a clear explanation of why they removed my points!

@Happyafternoon @nala123 @TereSoc  From what I've gathered from other threads it sounds as though there was a glitch and points were added to your accounts for a play pass that should not have been, or were added twice in lieu of once etc.  Today customer service corrected the error.  I'm sure a mod or customer service will be able to explain to you individually, but it sounds like some who had this happen were able to see the extra points that had been added in error by looking at their history.

I just looked after seeing your post and I had 150 points removed today as well. It says something about Playpass but I don’t even subscribe to the box so I have no idea! A bit frustrating though…

Same here too! I received an email about my bday gift and if I wanted full sizes. On the bottom had my points and I thought wait? I know I had more points. 200 was removed!!!! I’m going to call tomorrow to see what is going on.
