PLEASE STOP USING FLEET OPTICS INC. IN VANCOUVER

Please please stop using Fleet Optics in BC. Using them as a delivery service is honestly negligible at this point. They are beyond incompetent—they are abysmal in their operations and entirely hopeless when it comes to fulfilling requests or following instructions. They are unresponsive if contacted. Absolutely hopeless. This time, my Sephora package actually didn't get delivered because Fleet Optics left it ON THE FLOOR IN THE LOBBY OF A DOWNTOWN APARTMENT and it was obviously stolen. We have a BlueBox for deliveries. They did not call me. They did buzz me. They did not put it in our open mailbox. They did not put it in front of our door. They did not leave it at the parcel drop off. I can not believe they are a real company.


I have had nothing but issues with them every single time they deliver something. They should be responsible for this package.
