PLEASE HELP ME - ORDER ISSUE NO RESOLUTION

I am extremely disappointed and disheartened with Sephora's customer care. They sent me the wrong order—possibly someone else’s—and I’m unsure how to proceed. I was advised to send them a direct message, but I received no resolution. They claimed there was nothing they could do. Is this what Sephora calls customer care? Their service seems to be getting worse and worse!
