PLAY subscription getting cancelled again!

hii i subscribed for PLAY by sephora today and received confirmation by email but after a few hour received another email saying my subscription has been cancelled . i tried again but the same thing happened.  i want to place order before the 10th so im able to get april box.! please help asap
