I was charged twice for my box. Will I automatically be refunded this money or is there someone I should be contacting???

Hi @Juliana12395. So sorry about this. We are aware of this and have fixed this error. You should receive an email stating your PLAY! box is cancelled. Not to worry, this is only for the 2nd box we accidentally charged you for. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
