PLAY! Box cancelled with no explanation

Hi, yesterday I received an email saying I needed to update my payment information by November 7th or else my Play subscription would be cancelled, of which I have been a member for a few months. I updated it immediately and I received an email 15 minutes later saying my information was successfully updated. Then about an hour later, I received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled. I called CS who told me they did not know why it had been cancelled but that basically there was nothing they could do about getting me Novembers box. I really want Novembers box, and I dont think it’s fair that I wont receive it due to an error from Sephora’s side. Can someone please look into helping me still receive November’s box?
