PAYMENT ERROR!

I've been attempting to place an order for over an hour, but keep getting an Error message that reads "Payment error - your payment could not be processed". I've tried using THREE different cards and reentering any pertinent information but I keep getting the same error. I never have trouble with these cards at Sephora locations or in other establishments - ONLY on this website! I don't understand it; all this trouble is going to make me miss the discount event. What's going on?~~the billing address is exactly same as bank's info!!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! The system needs all information entered to align with your financial institution in order to place a order successfully.
