Overnight shipping

I'm so confused as to why shipping is such an issue with Sephora. I ordered something yesterday and paid for the 1 day flash shipping... I got a confirmation that it was shipped. Today I get on to check and it says it will not be here for 5 days from the day I ordered! What the heck, why did I even pay extra for the 1 day shipping?! I would have just used my free flash shipping. I needed my order asap before a trip! Not happy with Sephoras shipping in the least.
