Overcharged!

I recently purchased the Ordinary salicylic solution for $5.30 and the Touch in Sol primer for $18.00. With Shipping and tax, the order came out to $31.36. On my online bank account it shows that I have been charged the $31.36, and a separate charge of $10.24 by Sephora. I would really love to get that $10.24 refunded, but I got an automated reply to the email I sent!
