Overcharge for in-store purchase

Hello.  I made a purchase today in-store and had my husband do it at the cash wrap as the store was crazy and I have a back fracture and am in a brace.   I believe I was over-charged for a YSL Rouge Volupte lip product.   The sign indicated 40% off and should have been 25.80, but one rang up as 43.00.  Please rectify this.

Hi greeneyedgirl107,  I'm so sorry to hear about this! As the purchase was made in store, we kindly ask that you contact the Sephora store directly for further assistance. I'm sorry for the trouble!

@DaneeBT is there any way that you could please fix this?  I'm not in shape to really go over there again.

I'm sorry we're not able to process price adjustments for in-store purchases! I recommend contacting the Sephora via phone to see if they are able to assist. If they are not, you are welcome to send me a private message and I can forward this to our Retail Divison and request for someone in our Retail Division to reach out to you.
