Over scratch pin on Sephora gift card

An $200 Sephora gift card was given to me as a gift, and by mistake the pins were scratched off, and i don't have any Sephora store close to where I stay, please how can you help with the pin retrieval I canโ€™t afford to let go of $200 now #pin retrieval

My apologies! Regretfully, the pin is required to redeem the gift card online. However, the gift card won't expire and you can redeem it in a Sephora store in the future.
