Over a week since order and STILL not shipped! Not Customer Service Centric

First time ordering in 2 years and decided to give Sephora another try.   I figured the last time the delays were because of the pandemic.   Well its been a week already and they still have not shipped my order...and the ETA is another week.   Seriously.    I ordered some skin care makeup from Korea the same day I ordered from Sephora and I got that order in 4 days.....FROM KOREA.      The cost of acquisition of a customer is much higher when you provide poor customer service and orders then take weeks to arrive.     

 

I used to love Sephora and shop there all the time.  The new mini store concept in Kohl's was ok until I realized they stopped offering everything and you need to order online and deal with this.   There was a reason I switched my store brand.   I am guessing this is a wake up call to whomever drives the shipping department.  Because a quick google search now shows that I am not alone with my review.   

 

Surprise me and actually ship my order please!

That is terrible and I definitely agree. Not that being Rouge should make a difference, shipping has gotten terrible. You used to be able to get an order in 3-4 days and it now takes a week. Yesterday they canceled my order for no reason. I lost out on a mini set I ordered because the freebie was sold out when I wanted to place the order again. When I called about it (because it could not be resolved by email), they hung up on me after waiting on hold for ten minutes. During the sale, none of my orders had the samples that I picked out. It doesn't seem worth it to only get a small discount every six months. I can get the same discounts from the direct site or other sites without the required spending. I hope things are resolved for you soon.
