Out of stock after Ordering question

I ordered an item online and I received an email confirmation the order was successful. The status  is in progress and I’m waiting for the shipping email but now the item is out of stock.
For reference I placed my order within 2 hours of the sale starting when it said it was in stock. I’m a bit worried
