Out of Stock Products on my Order?



I made an order on the 14th, and received a notification that my order may be delayed due to high volume.  I understand you guys probably are making a lot of shipments due to the sale that just went on.  I have a question though: when I selected products and placed my order, all of the items were listed as in stock.  However, when I look at my order status through my account, it says 3 of the 6 products I ordered are out of stock.  I wanted to know if I will receive those products still and if I was one of the last people who ordered while it was available, or if that means that I won’t recieve those products anymore?  If not, I think an email notification telling me that you can no longer complete that order would be nice.  I also had free shipping—If I cant recieve those products anymore, can I still get free shipping?

Hi @KLLG. If you see an item you ordered is out stock, that won't affect your order. What you see is the current inventory of the item. If an item is out of stock at the time we fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation notice via email. Hope this clarifies! Also, So sorry for delay. If your order is currently processing, we are still working to fulfill it. Once it ships, you will have a more approximate eta. Click here for more info:
