Out of Inventory?

I don't know what's going on with the company, but ordering online is going down hill.
- Don't get samples even though they are offered. Issue since early this year not rectified.
- Showing on sale and sale prices, but they are out of stock or not there. This is majority of sale items for me.
- I'm getting suggestions for stuff I'd buy, but isn't available in Canada (why are US only items showing now more).
- Promo codes don't work. If they aren't going to work or out of stock, fill them with atleast another product. I only have 2 options right now for promo codes. The rest are done or "out of inventory." I didn't get the "getabag" because it kept saying the same thing.
So, where is the incentive to shop online?
