QR code for store visit survey on store receipt does not work.

Neither does link given by customer service in this thread.

Seems like a scam and is very annoying.

I'm sorry, I believe sometimes if the ink is low the printed QR code may not work properly. We don't have a way to resend the survey, but you can enter the survey sweepstakes here: https://survey.medallia.com/sephorasws?unit=111

I was told to scan the QR code so I can write a compliment for the store employee that helped me that day, not really for the sweepstakes. Help me with that ? She was so nice and helpful and deserves recognition.
