Ordinary stock issues

I placed an order for a product yesterday. Only to have it cancelled today, even though it is listed as available today. I was even able to add it to my basket again from the same page saying my order was cancelled. Maybe Sephora should fill the existing orders,instead of canceling them, before taking more. I have had too many bad experiences with Sephora this year and it’s only January 10th.

UPDATE: Sephora finally fixed my point problem. And have shipped all the items I ordered. I just don’t understand why they cancelled my order last night but let me place an order this morning for the exact same item. And 2 shipping is taking 4 days. Four is not two. Sephora online has horrible customer service.
