Orders still "In Progress"

I made an order on November 13 and then another order on November 14. Both still say "in progress" and have not shipped. I know there is an extra wait time because of the sale but a week seems like a long time, when can I expect them to ship?

Hi. I received a message saying all my items were out of stock and my order was cancelled. Not only did I wait for so long Burbank I lost out on the 20% off deal. Very disappointed in this whole ordeal.
