Orders not showing

I have placed my order twice. I have was charged but no orders are showing under orders and have not gotten any confirmation email. First time I placed I thought it did not go through so I placed again and same thing. I do not want to be charged for 2 orders and how come I can’t see my orders?

This is exactly what just happened to me!! And I tried to place it again twice so if it charged me it charged me for 3 orders of the same one. The items I have to pick up at the store sent an email conformation and show up in the orders tab in the app. All my shipping items are doing the exact same as what is happening to you. It’s frustrating, stressful, and for sure makes them look bad.
