Orders not shipping

It’s May 1st and 2 orders I made over a week ago have yet to ship!?! I’m a longtime Sephora Rouge customer and have shopped every sale and never before have my orders languished like this. Did you fire everyone in shipping because it sure seems like Sephora is short staffed and unable to fulfill orders. The customer service at Sephora is going downhill.

Also Sephora is flagging my post perhaps because it’s not a positive post?
