Orders delayed?

Curious to know if anyone else is having major delays on their online orders? I’m still waiting for my 1st order to be shipped, which my initial email states it should arrive today May 1st. No updates or email have been sent to me advising any kind of delay either.

Hi @nelymonica and everyone, I'm sorry for the confusion! In regards to the delayed orders, due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, we are experiencing significant delays. If your order has not arrived by your expected delivery date, and is still processing, rest assured it will still reach you! Once it has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info so you can monitor your package more closely.  Additionally, you may be seeing that pre-authorizations have dropped from your form of payment, looking like you received a refund from Sephora - This is not a refund, and you will still be charged once your order ships.

Same here. 

Ordered on April 23rd, expected delivery date is April 30th. 

Order details still says "In process", my card wasn't charged 😕

My card was charged for my 1st purchase. Not my second, which i made a week ago. Both orders still say in process, which I confirmed with customer care that it means it hasn’t been packaged yet, but items are in stock.

Yes 😕 I ordered stuff April 20th. “Still in progress” and my card wasn’t ever charged
