Orders continually cancelled - ready to make the full switch to Ulta

I guess in July my ex canceled an order after purchasing it for me. I called Sephora Monday to ask why my orders were being canceled and they told me it was that and that they’d fix it — I was attempting to place a $350 order, on my card that has a $15k limit lol — CANCELLED AGAIN. 

I’m not calling customer service again as I see a lot of other people here haven’t had luck. Guess it’s time we take our business to a company that will accept our money
