Orders cancelled - "Unsuccessful Authorization"

I've had four orders in the last week, including one placed by a very nice customer service rep today, that have ended up with an "Unsuccessful Authorization" status. I even tried a different CC on the fourth order.

 

After I discovered the status of the first order, I called customer service and was told I would be contacted by Sephora via email. That was four days ago and I still have received no contact from Sephora as she promised. Very frustrating! I really want the item I'm trying to purchase and I'm also missing out on the special offers with purchase, preferred samples and cashing in points for Insider Rewards. It's extremely frustrating.
