Orders NOT Going Through--ENOUGH!

For the THIRD time in a row my orders have been CANCELED as a failed AUTHORIZATION. I am really seeing red😡WHAT THE HECK?! And I'm seeing this is happening to several others. SEPHORA: Are you freaking kidding me?! My order totals almost $1,500, and believe me, there's PLENTY of money at the bank of Iseult. SDo I have to BEG YOU to take my money?? Watching over the past two weeks as "my" items get sold out. What? Call customer service? AGAIN?! Who is doing whom the favor here! Do you want my money or not?? So. NOT AUTHORIZED?! Kidding me?! Who is canceling my orders, the lazy a$warehouse people, the same ones who are NOT GIVING US OUR SAMPLES?! I can get all my things at Nordstrom and Nieman Marcus--each of which have BIG monthly samples sets, with a cosmetics bag or tote. And samples you'd never, ever(!) get from Sephora. Things are BROKEN! Please FIX them or you'll just be driving me elsewhere yet again. Angry and upset😤
