Orders Cancelled

My account got hacked over a year ago and I called customer service and they were supposed to fix it. Go to place an order 2 months ago, every order gets cancelled come to find out they never fixed my account. Called again to get it fixed by time it was fixed my coupon was expired so I purchased those items elsewhere. I just placed and order during the Sephora sale, checked my orders this morning sure enough it is cancelled! WTF, I can’t even shop the event. Thanks again for ruining my experience here, can you please fix my account so I can shop the sale on the last day??? I don’t understand what the issue is, this has been going on for over a year….
