Orders Cancelled Many Times

Is there anyone who can help? 

Keep going around in circles. Contacted Sephora 4 times. It’s the same thing. Verify my info. They complete a form and say IT will contact me in 3-5 business days. IT says issue is resolved. I have the same problem. My online orders are canceled. It is not an issue with my credit cards. I have confirmed with the credit card company. It is your system that keeps rejecting my orders. This is very frustrating!!  Does anyone know of how I can escalate this issue? 

I’m not getting anywhere with standard customer service calls, emails or chats.  Thanks!!
