Ordered Through Phone - Unsuccessful Authorization

Hello, I just signed up for a Sephora credit card. My 15% discount was not working at checkout so I placed an order through the phone with a customer service assistant. I got a confirmation e-mail, but later when I checked on the status, it said "Unsuccessful Authorization". I double-checked the mailing address on my Sephora card and it was correct. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I simply want to be able to place the exact same order with the 15% off still included. Thank You
