Ordered Samples Not Included

The perk of the free sample isn’t a perk if it doesn’t happen! 

This is the 3rd order of mine where the free samples I added to my order were not included. 
I have found some of my favourite products through these samples. 

I understand it’s a busy time, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. Sephora should be prepared. Years ago, Sephora would provide samples of any product in store. Now, you have to order online for these samples, but I haven’t even been getting them. I feel snubbed. 

Competitors like Shoppers have a wide selection and offer great samples with purchase. They also offer 20% off every Thursday for seniors..time to shop with momma 😛
