My order was placed on the 15th and it is still processing too; I received an email saying there was a delay but I don't know what the delay is.

That's strange. I hope they get this fixed. I always had more luck with Sephora shipping than other cosmetic stores, but it's looking like they're having major issues right now. Hope you get your order soon!
