Order

So I placed an order back on the 10th and it’s still saying it’s in progress...8 business days later. I have received no update from Sephora. All I can see in my account that it’s still in progress and all the items that I ordered are now out of stock. I’m going to have to start looking else where for my beauty products. If I go to the brand directly I can get better deals and better samples! I can also receive it more quickly! Your online shopping experience is low quality! I expect better Sephora!
