Order was cancelled

My order was canceled but I was charged anyways.

 Hi! 
I placed an order today (31 May), but when i went to track my order i was informed that my order was cancelled due to a problem with my payment authorization. And my bank account overview show a processing charge to Sephora, I paid with my Mastercard and I definitely had enough money in my bank account and used the correct payment information.

I am still interested in purchasing the items in the order I placed, but I would need the payment to either be accepted or refunded to me in order to do so. And I would like to know why the order was cancelled even though I had enough money in my bank account and used the correct payment information.
