Order using $100 RR Canceled

I redeemed my points recently for the $100 off Rouge Reward, except I’ve tried to use it to place an order 5 different times, and every time Sephora has canceled my order. It lets me place the order initially but then it gets canceled later and only says “unsuccessful authorization”. 

I’ve already contacted customer service through the chat twice, and they’ve told me both times that they “fixed” it and it should go through but it still gets canceled. 

I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to do at this point. This also happened the only other time I earned the $100 Rouge Reward, except that time I only had to contact Customer Service one time and then the issue was fixed.
