Order update

Hi, I placed an order of Dec 1st with expected delivery on Dec. 11th. I was provided with a tracking number but have since had no other information regarding this order. The tracking number has no information to provide either. If I could have some help trying to figure out where my order is in the shipping process that would be appreciated.
