Order time

Has anyone else ordered on/around May 1 and still have no shipping confirmation? Right now possible delivery date is 3 weeks from order date.  I’ve had two other Sephora orders arrive within week of ordering.

Ordered on April 27th. The order just got shipped this week and is scheduled to be delivered on May 19th. This is ridiculous even in a time like this. Based on what others said, 3-5 week delivery time is normal for Sephora now. ☹️

Yup. I ordered on April 29th and my expected delivery date is May 25th. I keep hoping that it might come before that.

Yes, I placed an order on May 4th snd 5th. Both orders are still ‘processing’. I knew it would be delayed, but this is extremely delayed.

Yep. I placed an order on April 29th, and it has yet to ship. It says “delivery by May 21st” when I try to track my order, but at this point I’m not holding my breath. I knew delivery times were going to be delayed, but I was not expecting it to be this long.

I have a similar issue. I placed my order on 3rd May and still no shipping confirmation.
