Order stuck on Awaiting Carrier Pickup

I ordered the L'Occitane Advent calendar during black Friday and the order still says "awaiting carrier pickup" not only that, but it is very late for the holidays!! I was very upset to see that the package is delayed as Advent calendars are a tradition for my significant other and I! Very disappointed and scared as the site now says in store only and I still have not received it 😥 #L'Occitane Classic Beauty Advent Calendar
