Order stuck in pre-shipment

My order shipped on Dec 10, but tracking still shows that it has not arrived at USPS.  I know it’s the holidays, and there are carrier delays, but it seems my order hasn’t even arrived at the carrier!  Anyone else had this issue, did you ever get your order?

I am having this issue! I placed an order December 10th and it is supposed to “deliver” today, but the tracking still says “USPS awaiting item” I even placed a second order on December 17th and it is out for delivery today. It is just so strange that I am receiving my second order that I ordered a week later before my first order. I’ve also tried emailing customer support and USPS, but have heard literally nothing back.
