Order still says in progress

I placed an order & it still has not been shipped out yet, no tracking number any movement at all. I did Place several orders since then and all of them have been shipped since yesterday and they all contain perfume samples. Is there a reason my order is still pending? #

Wow. Mine actually is marked for shipping today now but ups still doesnt have the package yet. Hopefully they get your order processed soon
