Order still pending

My order is still pending (status: in progress) since I placed it immediately after VIB sales start. I’m kinda worry about it now that the sales has ended and it’s still in progress.

i will still receive those items that are now out of stock right?

also will Sephora replace my sample if the one I chose was now out of stock? (I once received an order with zero samples even though I’ve picked 3 when ordered)

I know exactly how you feel. I'm completely frustrated because I ordered for the first time online and my order has been pending for 4 days. I'm honestly so disappointed because I thought my order would be here by now. The only reason I ordered was to get it this weekend because it's my 21st birthday but I guess that's not happening.

Have u checked with them via email or call?

i just got email notification that my order is shipped on 17th, exactly 7days as per they said (haha). Anyway I’m happy they didn’t cancel it or whatever. Hopefully you could get ur orders soon!
