Order still pending

My order is still pending. 5 DAYS! I have flash shipping, but I never got my order in time! NEVER!  Yesterday I placed an order at another shop, and guess what? Tomorrow I will get my order! It took for them just a couple hours! And 5 samples, not 3  which sephora  sending not that I requested

I am getting concerned, some of the items are out of stock. VIB sale is coming so it will delay shipping again! Will I get my orders till Xmass?

I placed them in a night, didn't wait for sale, paid full price, and no idea will I get something or not. 

Sorry for my bad English, but I guess it is enough to understand that I am totally unhappy! And chat never works! i am not the only on who complains about that.
