Order still pending despite 2-day Rouge Shipping

I placed a fairly decent sized order last evening, however still have not had an confirmation that this order has shipped. I ordered using two day rouge shipping on Monday night 10/30/17, so it should arrive by Thursday 11/2/17 at the latest. I've never had shipping issues before, and have actually had packages arrive in less than two days in the past. The reason I am concerned now is because the order is considerably larger than my usual, and contains a gift for my mother for her birthday. Was wondering if anyone could help😕!

The same thing is happening to me. I called them but nothing was resolved. All they told me was they are busy because of the sale. It just doesn't make sense to me when the orders I placed after this specific one has shipped already. They offered me 100 beauty points and that's it.
